Where can I find and download the payout memo?

Finmo makes it easy for users to access detailed records of their payouts. If you’re looking to download a Payout Memo for reconciliation or record-keeping purposes, just follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Navigate to the 'Payables' Section

On the main dashboard menu, click on Payables. This section displays a list of all payout transactions that have been processed through your account.

2. Select the Desired Payout

Browse through the list or use the search and filter options to find the specific payout you’re interested in. Click on the relevant payout entry to view more details.

3. View Payout Details

Once you click on a specific payout, you’ll be taken to a detailed view. This page contains comprehensive information related to the selected transaction, including date, amount, beneficiary, status, and other related data.

4. Download the Payout Memo

In the payout details view, look for the Download icon and click on this icon to download the Payout Memo as a PDF file.
