Saved Cards
The Saved Cards section in the Finmo dashboard allows you to view and manage the cards that your customers have saved for future payments.
View Saved Cards
To view your customer's saved cards, navigate to the Customers module and click on the Saved Cards Tab

Column Definition
The table below explains the meaning of each column in the saved card list.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Card Token ID | The Finmo token ID for the saved card (may be truncated in the table) |
Checkout User ID | The internal customer handle (xo_user_id) that groups saved cards for the same customer |
Card Number | Masked PAN (e.g., 4242********4242). Only the first and the last-4 digits are visible |
Card Holder Name | Name stored with the token |
Card Brand | Visa, MasterCard, etc. |
Expiry | Card expiry month/year |
Add a new card
Step 1: Clicking on the Add a new Card
CTA creates a secure session for your customers to enter and save their card details.

Step 2: Share this URL with your customer where they can enter and save their card details.

Step 3: System Verification
New User Registration: For a new user, when they enter their email, card details, and phone number, the system verifies their information. An OTP will then be sent to the provided mobile number to confirm the card and complete the verification process before it is securely saved for future use.

Returning User: For a returning user, when they enter their email, the system checks if they have previously logged in. If so, an OTP is sent immediately to their registered mobile number to verify their identity before allowing them to add and save a new card.

Step 4: Confirm and Save the Card
Once the required details are entered, the customer will be able to save their card successfully, enabling a faster and more convenient checkout experience in the future.
