Disputed Transactions

This page will show all the transactions (if any) that are under dispute with our banking partners and their associated status. Merchants can track updates in real-time using the "Status" and "Resolved" columns.

A "Pending" status implies the transaction is pending review from Finmo's team.
An "Accepted" status implies that Finmo has accepted the transaction is legitimately under dispute.
A "Rejected" status implies Finmo has determined the transaction is not under dispute.
