Customer-Specific Wallets
The Customer Wallet feature allows you to track and manage transactions at a granular level, ensuring transparency and control over customer balances.
What it shows
- Transactions: Displays all Credit and Debit activities.
- Per Customer View: Filter transactions by individual customer and wallet.
- Granularity: Enables drilling down into each transaction for detailed insights.
Navigate
Go to Customer → Wallets → Balances.
From here, you can view:
- Balances: Available wallet balance per customer wallet.
- Transaction history: All credits, debits, and adjustments.
- Payout creation: Initiate payouts directly from the customer’s wallet balance.
- Virtual Accounts (VA): Map and track customer VAs for settlements.
- Checkout: Review wallet usage during payment flows.
Wallet Operations
- GCA (Global Customer Account): Manage conversions and transfers.
- Conversion: Track currency or value conversions linked to the wallet.
- Top-Up: Add funds to the customer wallet to maintain sufficient balance.

- Simplifies reconciliation by tying transactions back to individual wallets.
