Business Settings
Overview
The Business Settings section allows you to configure essential financial and administrative operations related to payments, settlements, and user management. Use this tab to manage payment methods, settlement bank accounts, user access controls, and payout configurations.
Navigate to Settings
> Product Settings
> Business Settings
to access Business settings:
Business Settings
- Payment Methods: Configure and manage the types of payment methods your business accepts from customers.
- Settlement Bank Accounts: Add, verify, and manage the bank accounts where your payouts will be deposited.
- User Controls: Grant or revoke access, assign user roles, and ensure secure access control over account settings.
- Settlement Configurations: Set custom rules for how and when your payouts are settled into your account.
Payment Methods
Manage how your business receives payments from your customers.
View the list of payment methods - both domestic and global payment methods from here by country and currency.
To request a new payment method, select the payment method, country and currency to raise the request.
Best practice
Enable at least two payment modes to reduce drop-offs and increase conversion.
Settlement Bank Accounts
Add and verify bank accounts where your payouts will be deposited.
- Add New Account: Click “+ Add Bank Account” and input the required banking details.
- Verification: Use micro-deposit or OTP-based verification methods.
- Account Preferences: Set a default bank account or assign accounts to specific business units.
Best practice
Keep at least one verified backup account to prevent settlement delays.
User Controls
Manage who can access and manage business settings within your organization.
- Role Assignment: Choose from predefined roles (e.g., Admin, Finance Manager, Viewer).
- Access Control: Revoke or grant access on demand.
- Audit Logs: Monitor changes made to settings for internal audits and compliance.
Best practice
Use least-privilege access principles and review roles quarterly.
Settlement Configurations
Customize your payout behavior based on your business needs.
- Payout Frequency: Choose from daily, weekly, or custom intervals.
- Threshold Settings: Set minimum payout amounts to reduce transaction fees.
- Payout Timing: Schedule settlements on specific days or hours (e.g., avoid weekends).
Best practice
Align payout frequency with your internal accounting cycle to simplify reconciliation.
