Payin credit issue
What can I do if the payin amount is not credited to my wallet?
The payin amount might not be credited to your account for various reasons. Below are some of the reasons why the Payin Amount has not been credited to your wallet:
Incorrect Payment Details: Mistakes in the IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, or account numbers provided can cause delays or failed credits.
Banking Delays: Processing holdups can occur due to intermediary banks, particularly in international transactions.
Regulatory Holds: Payments might be flagged for compliance or regulatory screenings, requiring further checks.
Technical Errors: Issues with the payment gateway, transaction systems, or API integrations can also lead to failed payins.
You can take below actions when a payin is not credited to your wallet:
Filtering and Payin Verification
In the Finmo Dashboard, under receivables check "Payins," you can filter by Payin ID to locate specific transactions and verify the payin amount for accuracy. Please ensure to check the basic details, including the Virtual Account (VA) ID or account number to which the payin was made.
Sending Proof of Deposit
Proof of deposit should include key transaction details that confirm the deposit was made. For further assistance or clarification, you can reach out to [email protected].
SWIFT Transactions and MT103 Details
For SWIFT transactions, the MT103 document serves as a standardized proof of payment used internationally. Make sure all relevant transaction details are included when sharing it.
