Seamless Ticket Creation: Submit support tickets directly through the chat with just a few clicks.
Instant Assistance: Whether it’s a minor query or an urgent issue, our support widget provides immediate support.
Easy Accessibility: The support widget is conveniently embedded on your dashboard, making it simple to raise queries anytime.

How to Use the Support Widget?

  • Locate the Widget: Find the Support button in the lower right corner of your Client Portal Dashboard.
  • Enter Your Details:
    • Issue Type: Select the category that best describes your issue
    • Reference: Provide any relevant reference numbers
    • Subject: Briefly summarize your concern
    • Add a Screenshot: Upload an image to help us understand the issue better
    • Note: Include the relevant transaction ID to expedite the resolution process.
  • Submit Your Query: Click the send button to raise your support ticket.

How It Works?

The support widget facilitates quick and efficient communication with our support team. Once your query is submitted, our team will review it and get back to you promptly.
