Overview
Disputed transactions (also called "chargebacks" in the card world) occur when a customer questions a transaction and asks their issuing bank to reverse it.
Finmo provides tools to track and manage disputes efficiently, reducing potential revenue loss.
How Dispute Management Works
- Finmo notifies you immediately when a dispute is raised.
- You can respond with evidence to the dispute.
- Based on your response, the network decides the outcome (WIN or LOSE).
- Funds are typically held until the dispute is resolved.
