MSA

MSA or Master Service Agreement is the initial agreement between Finmo and the Merchant, which is signed by both parties at the time of Merchant onboarding. The agreement contains all the necessary information on the various workings discussed and accepted by both parties, to ensure a transparent and smooth journey of the Merchant with Finmo.

Merchants can View or Download the MSA, part by part, at any given point in time, to review the same as per their needs. This empowers the Merchant of Finmo's Transparency Commitment and lets the Merchant get clear visibility of its contract with Finmo.
