A detailed overview of the roles and responsibilities are explained below.
User Roles
Admin
1. User Management: An Admin can create new users, enabling them to manage the user base effectively.
2. Sub-Role Assignment: A Maker-Checker role or Maker role can be assigned to the admin's sub-role.
Read-only
1. User Management: A Read-Only user can only view all the Payouts and Payins created. A Maker or Checker feature can not be assigned to these users.
Sub-Role Assignment by Admin
Maker-Checker
1. Payout Creation and Approval: Users assigned this role can create and approve Payout requests.
2. Immediate Execution: Payouts initiated by a Maker-Checker do not require further approvals, allowing for quick execution of transactions.
Maker
1. Payout Creation: Makers can initiate Payout requests; however, a Checker must approve these transactions.
2. Limited User Management: Makers are not permitted to create new user accounts, focusing their responsibilities solely on initiating Payouts.
By following these straightforward steps, merchants can efficiently manage user roles within the Finmo Dashboard, ensuring clear delineation of responsibilities and enhancing overall operational security.
Maker users have full access to the dashboard apart from user management and Payout. They can create customers, checkout, etc. Only the Payouts are limited.
