patch https://api.finmo.net/v1/payout/simulate
This API works only in the sandbox and allows you to simulate completion of a payout i.e. funds transferred to the beneficiary. To complete the payout, it must in PENDING status. Upon successful execution of this API, the payout status will change to COMPLETED/FAILED/RETURNED.
