This API works only in sandbox and allows you to simulate completion of a payment i.e. funds deposited or charged to the customer or even cancellation of the payment.
To complete or cancel the payin, it must in PENDING status. Upon successful execution of this API, the payin status will change to COMPLETED or CANCELLED. You will get a 406 error if the Payin is not in PENDING status or if you try to complete and already completed or cancelled Payin.
