Cancel a checkout session and any existing Payins that are in PENDING status.

Upon successful execution of the API, the Checkout status updates to CANCELLED, and a CHECKOUT_CANCELLED webhook is triggered. If the Payin is cancelled, a PAYIN_CANCELLED webhook will also be triggered.
